This novel continues the story of a series of modern day earthquakes
that isolates the US from the rest of the world.

 Lizz (Given) Scott announces the Class of '57 Scholarship Fund
has exceeded the first goal of $10,000.00.  A gift of $6,000.00
took the total to a little over $11,000.00.

 Donations are still encouraged as interest rates make it impossible
 to fund a $500 scholarship at this time.  The goal is $20,000.00.
