Earl Franklin Bean, 64, of Independence, MO, departed this life to be with our loving Father in Heaven on January 21, 2003. Services will be 7 p.m. Sunday, January 26, at Speaks Suburban Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday from 6 p.m. until service time. 

Earl was born June 15, 1938, to Robie and Mary Bean of Independence, MO. Earl was a lifelong resident of Independence and worked for Fordyce Concrete Co. for the last 18 years. Earl was a loving father, grandfather and friend to many. He was a simple man who believed in helping others, whether it was family or a lost dog without a home. Earl truly believed in human kindness and decency. He touched the lives of many and will be sorely missed. May you rest in peace, Dad. (Arrangements: Speaks Suburban Chapel)
